MM Design Showcases 4 Products at Italia Geniale

On July 3rd, the “ITALIA GENIALE. Design Enables - Bellezza, originalità, creatività del design industriale apprezzato universalmente" exhibition was inaugurated at Villaggio Italia in Los Angeles. This event marks the beginning of the 2023-2025 world tour of the Amerigo Vespucci, which will visit cities including Tokyo, Darwin, Singapore, Mumbai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Jeddah, and conclude in Durazzo.

The exhibition, presented by Deputy Minister Valentino Valentini, is organized by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy and the Ministry of Defense, in collaboration with the ADI Design Museum, to celebrate Italy's talent, creativity, and technology. "Italia Geniale" is a well-established format. The land-based exhibition began in 2021 with a selection of around sixty products, while the sea-based exhibition, thanks to the Amerigo Vespucci, is a 2024 evolution showcasing seventy-eight companies.

MM Design is participating in both exhibitions with a total of four products, developed in collaboration with prestigious companies. On land, the exhibits are:

• Masterlite, a ski mountaineering boot developed with Garmont.
• AP60, a tool for plumbers created in collaboration with Intercable.
• Galaxy Body Armour, off-road protection designed with Acerbis.

At sea, MM Design is represented by:

• IcePanther, an ice resurfacing machine designed in collaboration with Engo.

This traveling exhibition, with its five thematic areas, highlights how Italian design enhances everyday life by integrating creativity, work, well-being, and social interaction. It is a journey through innovation and tradition to elevate Made in Italy to new global heights.
