Irinox & MM Design honoured in Osaka
Today, 5 September, at the Italy Pavilion of Expo 2025 Osaka, the ceremony of the Compasso d’Oro International Award took place – the prize promoted by ADI and recognised as one of the world’s most prestigious achievements in design.
In this remarkable international setting, the project Freddy – the result of the collaboration between Irinox and MM Design – received an Honourable Mention.
The international jury, which selected 20 Compasso d’Oro Awards and 35 Honourable Mentions, rewarded projects able to embody the theme of the World Expo, “Designing Future Society for Our Lives”, with a focus on innovation, sustainability and quality of life.
Freddy fully represents these values: it is the first blast chiller designed for the home environment, bringing professional technology into everyday kitchens with intuitive, essential and high-performance design.
For Irinox and MM Design, this recognition is a source of pride and a testament to the strength of a partnership that combines vision, excellence and tangible impact on daily life.
