MILANO ITMA 2023

Milan hosted the nineteenth edition of ITMA (Textile & Garment Technology Exhibition) 2023, the world's leading event in the mechanotextile industry that returned to Italy after a full eight years, from June 8 to 14 at the Milan-Rho exhibition center.

ITMA is a traveling trade show that was founded in 1951 and is held every four years involving an average of 150,000 visitors. It represents for companies, operators and experts in the global textile supply chain the most important world-class platform for exchange, discussion and business.

The 2023 edition was attended by 1,700 exhibitors from 47 countries on an area of 36 thousand square meters, an increase in area of more than 20% over the previous 2019 edition held in Barcelona. 30% of the exhibition area was occupied by Italian exhibitors.

Innovation, sustainability and digitalization were the leitmotifs of the Fair of the mechanotextile sector projected into the future where artificial intelligence, robotics applied to production processes and automation and 3D simulation will find more and more space.

One of MM Design's most recent projects “2FAST” was also present at the fair, born from the collaboration with Smit/Santex Rimar Group, an undisputed player in the market of textile machinery manufacturers.

Innovative in design and the fastest of all the machines at the show!

ITMA, once again confirming itself as a reference point for the entire industry, has set an appointment for 2027 in Hannover.
