MM Design Among the Protagonists of Fuorisalone 2023

The doors of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile and Fuorisalone 2023 closed with a record number of visitors, with 1,200 events in all city districts. This year MM Design participated by presenting the new format for Design Sprouts Materials. In collaboration with Covestro, one of the world's leading producers of high-quality polymeric materials, the event celebrated increasingly innovative, intelligent, and sustainable materials.

The studio on via San Calimero transformed into a kaleidoscopic hub and welcomed professionals, journalists, entrepreneurs, and a crowd of onlookers attracted by the upside-down tree, a metaphor for the two-way connection between materials, the roots of the project, and design-capable of "making them blossom” into extraordinary products. In an experiential journey, visitors were able to interact and touch the materials, understanding their importance and centrality in all aspects of daily life.

In this context, MM Design presented mathub, the digital materials library, to support the already consolidated CMF service. The platform allows the user to consult, just like an encyclopedia, a selection of materials, processes, and suppliers identified by the study to bring innovation to all production sectors. It was, therefore, a very successful event, organized by the already projected MM Design, keeping in line with its DNA and looking towards the future.
