Medical device for pet care and app
The growing market finds fertile ground in many countries and, among all accessories, wearable tracking devices and medical devices for monitoring vital parameters are the most established.
The Project
Harmonation, a Taiwanese company specialized in medical electronic devices, assigned the study and design of a collar for cats and dogs, able to measure parameters together with the app to manage them, to MM Design.
The app is simple and intuitive, it tracks heartbeat, body temperature and other vital functions, contacting the veterinarian in case such parameters were to be outside the allowed range.
The Process
Practicality and safety
MM Design also developed the new logo and the coordinated image for the app and the device. The latter is accidental-tear resistant and water-resistant thanks to the technical polymer shells connected to a band made of TPU in which the device antenna connected to the app is inserted.
The health of our four-legged friends is increasingly important and its monitoring allows us to learn their physical conditions in real time.
