This allows 2FAST to operate at weft insertion speeds of up to 1650 meters/min, depending on the style and width of the machine, achieving the best fabric construction at maximum speed and with the least stress on the yarn.
The new Concept 2FAST, designed by MM Design, is the most compact and fastest chassis on the market today, with simplified access for the operator. The design of a more rigid frame ensures maximum machine life with the lowest consumption of spare parts.
The design highlights the moving parts. The motors of the calipers are, in fact, shielded by semi-transparent polycarbonate panels. Moreover, a single frontal body is created thanks to the connection between the control platform and the lateral and lower parts. A light placed on the perimeter illuminates the movement of the machine allowing the operator to work safely.
