Product designs within the kitchen are enhanced by intelligent, people-friendly technology, which is aimed at increasingly dynamic, well-balanced lifestyles. The world of food is changing remarkably, and today, professional equipment and technologies are also available for home use, which provide a slew of new procedures to prepare dishes and maintain freshness for longer periods.

This new home range includes: Freddy, a blast chiller; Zero, a vacuum machine; and Wave, a water dispenser. The models are custom fit, with free installation, and with an added gourmet cabinet, which was created and designed in a modular way to independently host the three machines, or an additional wine dispenser.

Innovative design novelties are available through the possibility to personalize the façade of the equipment, due to a new gluing technique which allows customers to choose colors, materials and finishes. MM Design has consistently been deeply involved in creating a balanced mix between industrial and artisanal production, so as to better express the value of the product. Based on this philosophy, the designers combined classical materials, like black glass and stainless steel, with a range of metallic finishes created by hand using artisanal techniques.

This is a procedure which highlights the expressive potential of materials which, due to manual craftsmanship, make each product of the Irinox Home collection a unique piece.
